During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people using the service during the inspection visit and reviewed the service's most recent feedback forms from patients. People described the service as being 'fantastic and first-rate' and the staff as being 'helpful and nice'. People also said the environment was 'welcoming and relaxed' and they felt safe. People said they had received comprehensive information about surgical procedures and effective post-surgical care and support.

We saw that the clinic was well organised and clean, and there were appropriate measures in place to promote people's dignity and privacy. Staff were trained to provide basic life support and the medication stored at the service was safely managed.

There were sufficient staff on duty to meet the needs of the patients. We saw evidence that the clinic monitored the quality of its service and used feedback from people to make improvements.
