During a routine inspection

During our visit on 28 June 2011 we spoke with one person attending the clinic for post-operative treatment. They told us that they felt well informed throughout their experience with 'no worries', had been given written information to support their choice of treatment and nurse contact details to enable them to easily raise any concerns. They told us that they 'Had asked a lot of questions.'

In addition a comments book contained a number of positive entries. One person had written about their procedure having to be repeated but they also noted that they had been warned about the risk of this happening.
