During a routine inspection

We found the agency to be appropriately managed so that people could rely upon receiving the service they needed. We spoke with four people who used this agency's services to enable them to live independently. Each person confirmed that they had received a reliable service from 'Affinity Trust'. They said that their support workers were friendly, knew what to do, and always provided them with the support and guidance they needed.

One person we spoke with commented, "They help me go shopping. My support worker is really friendly." A relative of a person receiving support in their own home described the service as "excellent".

During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with people and their relatives on the telephone. People who could express a view told us they were very happy with the service provided. They said that the staff were kind and helpful and they support me very wel,l and the support given is good.

Relatives told us that staff were very polite and courteous. Relatives told us they would feel able to raise any complaints and that they would be responded to and dealt with.

One person said " I trust the staff to support and listen to me"
