We checked that people who use this service

We reviewed all the information we hold about this provider, carried out a visit on 08/05/2011 and checked the provider's records.

Our judgement

We found compliance with this outcome area. Records are maintained, kept secure and confidential for the protection of the health and welfare of the people using the service.

User experience

We received no comments from people who use the service about this outcome area.

Other evidence

All records seen were up to date, and kept in a secure place. Care records would benefit from being standardised. Staff had received induction training that includes the importance of confidentiality. All policies and procedures are reviewed and updated as necessary.
