During a routine inspection
People reported care workers promoted their dignity and responded to their individual needs and wishes. People stated staff communicated well with them and their relatives to ensure their needs were met.
People confirmed the service was flexible to adjusting care arrangements when people's needs changed. It was evident from records we reviewed people received care from a consistent team of staff.
