During a routine inspection

People told us they found staff to be polite and respectful when staff spoke to them and they are able to express their views. People feel able to make choices and decisions about the way they live and the care they receive and that staff, talk to them about their care and support needs. They also told us that the care and support they received was very good and that they liked the staff working within the service.

People told us they were happy and liked where they were living. People through signage and signage with speech told us 'I like it here', 'I am happy here' and 'It's OK but I am looking forward to living in my own flat in the community'.

People told us that, if they had any concerns, they would discuss this with the manager or a member of staff. People told us that staff working at the service, are very nice and very supportive.

People told us that they were happy with the arrangements that the home makes for their medication.

People told us they liked their flat and enjoyed the experience of living independently. They told us that they felt safe and secure. People told us they knew how to make a complaint and that they felt able to express their views and concerns if the need arose.
