During a routine inspection

We met with two people in their own home. One person told us that their family arranged care for them whilst they were in hospital and that they appreciated the agency. They told us that staff were thoughtful and offered to help in different ways, for instance by taking their rubbish to the kerbside for collection and removing 'dead' flowers. They also told us how staff always ensured that there was water in the kettle when they left as they knew how difficult the person found this task.

The other person said that their needs were met. They said that people helped them to their satisfaction and they were happy with the support provided. The person told us that staff treated them well and explained what they were going to do.

A relative told us they were thankful for 'Care Matters'.
