During a routine inspection
They shared their views through gestures, facial expressions and body language wherever
possible. We saw people were engaged in a range of activities, relaxed and comfortable
with staff and other people using the service.
Those people who were able to speak with us told us that they were encouraged to have
an active role in the day to day running of the service. People also told us that they liked
living in grangewood and felt safe living there.
