During a routine inspection
We spoke with two members of staff who were on duty. They told us about the level of care they provided to people. They also told us about the support and training they had received to enable them to provide good quality care.
We also spoke with a district nurse who was visiting to provide treatment to a person living at the care home. They gave us their views about the care provided.
We spoke with the acting manager about how the quality of service provision is assessed and monitored.
