During an inspection looking at part of the service

People told us they were happy living at Buttercup House. They said they liked the staff and received support when they needed it. We were informed by people that they had choices of how they spend their time. They told us they had choices at mealtimes and that there were plenty of activities offered in the home.

During a routine inspection

Most people were unable to communicate verbally what they thought of the home. Some people expressed they were happy with the home and felt safe there. A relative told us they thought the staff worked hard.
