During a routine inspection

We spoke to people who used this service and to relatives of people who received care from the agency. Everyone made positive comments about the service and the staff who supported them.

These included:

'The girls are lovely and are really helping me to get back on my feet'.

'My mum loves to see the ladies and really enjoys chatting to them. They always ask her what they can do to help her regain her independence'.

Relatives told us they were always able to contact agency staff if they had any worries or concerns and that they were 'more than happy with the service provided'.

One relative said, 'I am very happy with the agency and the staff working there. I know they provide a reablement service as well but I like what they can give to my [family member] and it suits us both very well'.

We looked at some of the records the agency held about people who received personal care. We saw individuals and their families had been included in agreeing to the support to be provided by the service. The care records we looked at showed us that individual care had been tailored to the needs of people who received the support and care.

During a routine inspection

People told us they were extremely happy with the care they received from this agency. They said they were '100% happy' with the service provided and said they" would always recommend' the agency to other people. Everyone we spoke with told us they had been asked about the care they needed and said the care staff who supported them treated them, their families and homes with respect. They said,

"I can't praise the staff highly enough, they really are top of the pops".

"The staff are wonderful and so very caring".

'All the staff who visit are well trained. I couldn't do without them supporting my husband.'

"The visits and support I received have helped me to regain my confidence".

"The ladies who were to help me were introduced to me before they started my visits".

"The care plan is kept in the house and any changes are noted. There are not many changes needed though".

"The girls are so respectful and my husband really looks forward to their visits".
