During a routine inspection
People using the service said they are happy with the care they receive. One person said 'The staff are good.' Another person said 'The staff are very good. I know I have a care plan, which the staff put together and I am happy with this.'
The people using the service said they like the staff and they get on well together. One person said 'The staff are very good, they are always around. Sometimes I spend time on my own which I like.' Another person said 'The staff are nice.'
The people using the service said they are happy with the service they receive. One person said 'The staff are great.' Another person said 'I'm very happy with the support the staff give me, although I would like to get my own place one day.'
A relative of one of the people using the service said they were very happy with the standard of care provided. She said, 'The care is excellent. The staff are always pleasant and my relative is well looked after'. And 'I have never seen any signs of abuse or neglect.'
