During a routine inspection

Many of the people who use this service could not tell us directly about their experiences due to a variety of complex needs however, staff observed had good relationships with these people and they were seen to have their privacy, dignity and independence respected.

The Continuing Care team staff visited the home to review peoples care and speak to peoples relatives about the care people are receiving. People and their relatives commented positively about the care their relatives receive to meet their needs.

A letter from a relative of a person who used the service was seen which was complimentary and thanked staff for the care they had shown their relative and also thanked them for attending the funeral.
