During a routine inspection
Care was planned in a way to ensure people's safety. People were assessed by the doctor to determine whether treatment would be suitable. They were provided with post treatment advice and information. There were procedures in place to deal with medical emergencies.
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse because the provider had suitable arrangements in place to safeguard people.
There was a complaints policy and people were given information on how to make a complaint if required. People we spoke with and the comments from feedback forms were complimentary about the service.
