During a routine inspection
We spoke with two visitors who told us that they were satisfied with the service that their relative was provided with.
We looked at the care records of three people who used the service and found that people experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. We found that people's dietary needs were met. This was confirmed in what people told us and our observations.
We spoke with four staff members. We spoke with two of these staff members about the staffing levels in the service. They felt that there were sufficient staff numbers to meet the needs of the people who used the service. We looked at the staff rota which confirmed what we had been told. Staff told us that they were provided with the training that they needed to meet the needs of the people who used the service.
We found that equipment used in the service, such as electrical appliances, were checked to ensure that they were fit for purpose and safe for use.
The provider had systems in place to monitor the service that people were provided with.
