During a routine inspection

Patients that spoke to us said that the staff were very efficient and effective. The service was described as being first class, with lovely staff, in a calm environment. The design and decoration had been designed to make people feel comfortable.

The clinic was described as being very clean. Information was readily available from staff and the choice and provision of food was better than expected.
