During a routine inspection

People who use the service felt the treatment they received and way it was delivered was very good. They found staff, respectful, courteous and prepared to give them as much information as they required about the service. They were made fully aware of the choice of treatments available to them and areas of risk attached to these treatments. They were also made aware of the procedures that would be followed for the different kinds of treatments. These were discussed during private consultation and people felt safe and assured using the service.

We spent time in the waiting area and staff were observed liaising with people who use the service in a respectful and dignified way. The clinic quality assurance audit information we looked at showed that the patients that had used the service were happy with the treatment received and it was delivered by fully qualified and trained staff.
