During a routine inspection

People who use services told us that they were happy with the care they were receiving. They told us that they were happy at the home and felt well cared for. Some of the things we were told were, 'I'm looked after very well.' 'It's fantastic' 'I'm quite happy here. I've been well cared for.' They told us that they liked the food at the home. They spoke positively about the staff who looked after them. They told us that they felt staff listened to them.
