During a routine inspection

We were unable to communicate effectively with people who lived in the home, but the staff were able to understand peoples' needs through interpretation of their body language and gestures, facial expressions and general demeanour.

Staff met peoples' needs very well. Interactions we observed between people and staff were positive, respectful and encouraging.
