During a routine inspection
Comments such as 'the staff are wonderful. They give good advice but do not force it on you.' One person said 'I feel very supported here, this is a very good unit.'
They said 'The unit has a relaxed atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and we have good banter, They are very professional', 'staff are really good'
When we spoke with people they said they could talk to any staff member about any concerns or issues they may have.
All said that the staff were, ' friendly and professional.'
People spoken with said they had completed surveys to give their views.
One comment said 'the unit is well managed with a reliable, consistent and friendly staff. Big thumbs up, a credit to the company.'
