During an inspection looking at part of the service
People we spoke with were happy with the support provided by the service. The service was reliable and people were supported by regular staff. Comments included: "Extremely happy with the service", and "very happy with the support".
Relatives told us that the support workers promoted people's choice and that they provided the care their relative wanted.
People had plans of care that outlined the support to be provided. The service does need to make sure that people have copies of their plans and to consider how these can be provided in an easily accessible way. Everyone's plan of care was reviewed regularly with the person concerned.
Systems were in place to review and monitor the service to make sure that support provided was safe and meeting people's needs.
