During a routine inspection
When asked about their care workers people said "They are all very nice", They are very respectful", "I like them all" and "We always have a laugh. It's never dull when they come". The relative of one person told us "It is a big help that [my relative] is so very happy with the carers who comes". We were also told "Everything has been all right", "I have never had any complaints", and "The carers are very good at it".
On the whole people said that their care plans had never been reviewed to their knowledge. One person said that although their care plan had never been updated they thought they were receiving the right level of care.
