All Inspections

20 May 2011 and 24 September 2012

During a routine inspection

One person told us that she was very happy and could not find any fault with the home. Another person told us that she has 'nothing to complain about'. She said that she was happy in the home and staff were 'always very helpful.'

One relative stated that her mother loves it at the home and refers to it as her 'own place.' She told us that the general atmosphere in the home was very good.

Two people who live at Nazareth House told us that they were aware of how to raise any concerns that they may have.

One person who lives at the home told us that staff were very helpful and 'couldn't do enough for her.' She explained that they make sure that she has her call bell near her at night and that if she rings the call bell staff answer it quickly.

A relative of someone living in the home spoke very highly of the home and told us that the home has improved since the current manager starting working there. She told us that the manager is aware of the likes and dislikes of the people living in the home.
