During an inspection looking at part of the service

We found improvements had been made in some areas of the provider's delivery of care. However there were still gaps in the standards expected of this home in the assessing and monitoring of the quality of their service provision and the safety and suitability of the premises.

11 January 2011

During a routine inspection

One service user and one relative were able to talk to us. They indicated that they are satisfied with the service. The relative said she had no complaints and believes that her service user is happy at the home. We observed good interaction between staff and service users.
