We were also able to talk to three members of staff during a visit to the services' office and a further three members of staff were contacted by telephone.
People told us that they were satisfied with the care and support they received. One person explained, I couldn't be more satisfied, I'm delighted with the help I am getting', another person told us, 'the carers' all seem to know what they are doing, I am perfectly satisfied with the help I get.'
We were told that people felt safe with the care workers who supported them. One person told us, 'I do feel safe with them', whilst another person explained, 'I'm sure she's safe and happy with things, I can hear them laughing and they talk through everything that they are doing.'
People told us that they were treated with respect and they were happy with the care workers who supported them. One person explained, 'they are very friendly and they will do anything for you', another person told us, 'they treat him with respect, they make him feel at ease and they don't rush him, which is very important.'
