During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us that Newhaven was a lovely home and staff were caring, helpful and did their job well. They also said that staff were very respectful of them and felt that their privacy and dignity was respected. The people who we spoke with said that they felt safe and that their welfare was protected, and that they did not have any concerns about the service provision.
