All Inspections

During a routine inspection

The number of people receiving support from the agency with personal care was small, however we were able to speak with three of them and also looked at the results of surveys to gather the opinions of people being supported. People that we spoke with were happy with the care they received. One person commented that staff were "brilliant". Another person told that the agency had resolved a previous issue relating to a support worker that they didn't get on with.

We saw that there were systems in place to ensure that people were safeguarded from abuse and that staff had been trained in this area. Staff received a range of training to help them carry out their roles effectively.

We saw that there were robust systems in place to recruit suitable staff and to monitor their performance. Where their performance was called in to question these concerns were acted upon. Staff told us that they were well supported.

There were systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided and this included gathering feedback from people receiving support.
