During a routine inspection

People said their Essential Lifestyle Plans reflected their likes and dislikes and their lifestyle preferences. They said they had good relationships with their key workers. People said if they had any concerns they would talk to their key workers or the management team. They said that any concerns would be listened to and addressed.

People said they were supported to go to church, swimming, drama and a social club. One person was working at a nursery. They liked to go to local pubs and shops.

One person told us that staff supported them to stay healthily by advising them about their diet. Others said they chose the menu for the week. A person said they liked to help cook meals.

One person said they were worried about staff. They said some staff discussed their personal problems with them. A person told us that staff were always busy and did not always have the time to sit and talk with them. People said they liked the staff.

People said they had special equipment to help their mobility and well-being. They said they did not always do the exercises their health care professionals had designed for them. Some said they liked to use the Jacuzzi and sensory room.
