During a routine inspection

People told us they were happy with the care and support they received from Lifestyles Support. They said their privacy was respected and their dignity maintained and we found that people's independence was promoted as much as possible. We found that people's care and support needs were appropriately assessed and their care was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plans. One person said, "I am really happy with everything, it is all very positive." Another person said "They are a great bunch of staff, the care here is spot on."

Although people who received care and support from Lifestyles Support told us they were happy and we saw they were well supported, we found that failures to manage medicines correctly may put both them and others, such as staff and visitors, at risk. In addition to this we found that people were not always guaranteed safe and appropriate care and treatment because the provider failed to assess and monitor the quality of the service provided and maintain accurate records.
