During a routine inspection

People told us they were happy living at Eastcliffe Hotel. They said they had a lot of choice and made their own decisions about their lives. People said they felt safe in the home and liked the staff. One person told us, "I am happy with the staff and living here. I feel well cared for." Another person said, "I feel I get all the care and support I need. I am comfortable here."
