We reviewed the care plans of four people living at East Bank Road. We saw that they were comprehensive, person centred documents that clearly reflected people's preferences and individual health and support needs. The plans were easy to follow and were designed in an easy read format with written text supported by pictures and photographs.

We found that the home was clean and free from odour. A seven-day schedule outlined the cleaning to be carried during the morning, afternoon and evening periods. This was supported by a cleaning specification that detailed the item to be cleaned, this minimized the chance of cross infection.
