People with whom we spoke told us that treatments, procedures and choices for these were explained to them and they were able to give their consent based upon the information provided. One person told us 'We always have the time to discuss options fully and as patients we always have enough information to make decisions.'

People told us that they were very satisfied with the treatment and care they received when using the service. One person told us 'I have been a patient for many years. I always get an appointment when I need one and I have always been treated very well.' Another person told us 'Dr. Richardson is a very dedicated and competent doctor.'

People said that they felt safe when they used the service. One person told us 'I have no concerns whatsoever about being treated here. Staff are very professional.'
