During an inspection looking at part of the service

Due to their needs, many people could not offer direct comments about the care they received. We spent time observing the care offered to people, and spoke with some of the people living here. Those people we spoke with told us they were happy with the meals they received.

During an inspection in response to concerns

Most of the people living at the home had dementia and were unable to tell us what they

thought about living in the home. However, two people we spoke with who could talk to us, said staff were kind and helpful although they were kept very busy.
