During a routine inspection
Relatives told us they had been consulted about the care provided to their loved ones and we found evidence of this in care plans.
People told us that staff treated them with respect. One person said 'they always listen to you' and a relative told us 'they always listen and take what I say seriously. It makes a big difference.' People said that they would feel confident to report any concerns or complaints to management.
We found that people's needs had been assessed and had been used to inform care planning. People told us "you can do what you like" and "it's nice here." There was evidence that people had been involved in group and individual activities.
People fed back positively about staff and told us they were "nice" and "very caring." We found care staff held appropriate qualifications and training and that further training had been requested.
