During a routine inspection
People said they were happy with the care and support they were receiving from the agency.
People told us staff were respectful towards them and protected their privacy and dignity.
People told us they felt confident to raise any concerns they had about the service.
We were given positive feedback about the staff from people using the service. People described staff as 'Good' and 'Excellent'. Comments included 'I couldn't fault my carers' and 'I have every confidence in the carers'.
People told us they received care and support from the same small group of staff on most occasions.
People told us the provider had regularly asked them if they were happy with the service.
