During a routine inspection
We observed staff speaking with the person in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. We saw staff provided support that enabled the person to make choices about how they spent their time. People were enabled to express their views and were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. We found that care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs.
People were supported to raise complaints and there were systems in place that ensured people's concerns were taken seriously and acted on.
