During an inspection looking at part of the service

People told us that the staff were very caring and competent to meet their needs. They told us that they were very happy with the care provided by staff. One person told us that all staff respected their privacy and dignity when doing their personal care. Relatives of the people told us that they were also happy with the care provided by staff. They told us that staff and management listened to their views and they knew who to talk to if they were not happy with anything.

People told us that they were confident about the service they received. They said that it was consistent, reliable and met their needs. They felt safe and appropriately supported by competent staff who treated them with respect.
