Community Support Service

The email updates are sent when we have published a new report for this service. We send them every weekday except bank holidays.

If you subscribe to more than one service that have reports publishing on the same day, you will receive a single email covering them all.

The alerts tell you:

• the name, address and provider of the service
• the new overall rating where one has been awarded
• the link to the page where you can read the report.

You can unsubscribe at anytime using the link at the foot of each email.
