However, most people also stated they had not been asked their views of the service that was provided and two people said they did not have any information about how to make a complaint, if they needed to do this.
All of the people we spoke with confirmed they discussed treatment with the doctor on their first appointment, which for some people had been some time ago, but they advised that they had not been given written information about the medicines.
