Records and the deputy manager confirmed that the local General Practitioner comes to the home as requested and on a regular three monthly basis to routinely review people living in the home.

The Environmental Health Officer was also in the home at the time of the site visit. She confirmed that the home had responded to the recent legal action that her department had taken against the home improving the facilities, environment and service provided in the home.
