During a routine inspection
One person told us that the service was a flexible one and that the times of calls were changed if requested.
People we spoke with all told us that they have positive relationships with staff and that staff regarded them with dignity. We were told that staff were 'kind and respectful', 'marvellous' and like friends'.
One person told us that care staff knew how they liked to take their medicines and that were always given their medicines regularly.
