People who use the service were present but unavailable for comment when we visited. They had made very positive comments about the service in the completed quality review questionnaires returned.

The results from the questionaires show that people who use services felt respected, treated with dignity. That they felt safe using the service and staff were friendly, competent, knowledgeable and approachable. People were informed of how screening and diagnosis would take place and were involved in the decision-making about the alternative choices of treatment available. This included any risks attached. They were also aware of how to make a complaint and who to.
