During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke to four people very briefly about the service of care they received and they all told us they were quite satisfied with support from the staff and with the home in general. They told us about their likes and what they had been doing, who their friends were and whether or not they had seen family.

People did not talk to us about complexities of the service, but did say they were alright. People were not spoken to directly about the staffing levels or the management cover in the home. One person told us she had been helping with some housework chores and that she liked being useful.
