During a routine inspection

It was not possible for us to speak to service users during our visit; however we have considered patients' feedback from the patient satisfaction survey conducted in 2010. People who use the service rated the clinic very highly and stated that they will recommend the clinic to their friends and relatives. They were happy with the service they received and the attitude of the staff they met. People who use the service felt that the staff can answer their questions and provide them with good quality cardiac monitoring and assessments.
