During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with one person who lives at the Dovecote, and they said that they were very happy living there. The person had just returned from the day centre, where their usual activity had been cancelled due to staff illness. This had caused the person to be quite stressed, but the staff member form the Dovecote was observed to be very reassuring, and to offer alternative activities.

The person who lives at the Dovecote who we spoke with was not able to give us any information relating to safeguarding or complaints.
