During a routine inspection

There were three people living at Tamarisk Services but only two were present when we visited. Due to people's communication needs we did not speak with people but spent time observing how they spent their time and their interactions with staff. We saw that they were relaxed and had their needs met. They were supported respectfully and they were protected from harm.
