During a routine inspection
People received good quality care from staff who understood their needs and knew them well. Staff felt they were supported and were clear about their roles and responsibilities.

We spoke to three relatives of people using the service and they advised us that they were very satisfied with the care they saw being provided and commented that they had frequent and positive communication with the management and office staff at Fenland Premier Care.
