Inspection carried out on 13 September 2012

During a routine inspection

People who use the service spoke to us during our visit and commented in testemonials. They told us that they were satisfied with the way the clinic was run and the service that was provided. People told us "I found the levels of service and treatment at the clinic to be second to none. It was easy to book appointments, punctuality was good, staff very friendly and professional and the results of treatment exceeded my expectations". Others said "I have been delighted with the professional services provided". Further comments included "the service has been stunning on every level". People also confirmed they had the consultation procedure, fees and treatments explained to them, that included any risks attached to those treatments. They told us they were treated with dignity and respect by staff and felt safe using the service.

They did not comment on the clinic's safeguarding or quality assurance systems. They did tell us they thought the clinic was kept clean, tidy and observed their right to privacy.
