During a routine inspection
He only sees in the region of twelve patients a week now and we were not able to speak with any of them when we visited. However, we were able to see the satisfaction surveys that they are encouraged to complete and these were all very positive.
We considered that the fact that they continue to visit him in preference to their NHS doctor is further confirmation of their satisfaction with the services that he provides.
