We spoke to some of the relatives of people who were using the service. One relative commented, 'We are happy with the service, leads a varied life" and "... is very vulnerable but I am confident that the staff keep him safe". Another relative commented, "The staff seem very knowledgeable about autism which is very important, they know all of the terminology".

We asked relatives about the care, support and treatment their family members received from the agency. One relative commented 'The service is wonderful, I have just been to 's care review' and 'Staff always keep me up to date if ' has any medical issues and they always include us if any decisions have to be made about his care'.

People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. One relative commented, 'I know that ' is kept safe, he would tell me if he wasn't'.
